Do Things Differently to Make Money Online

Get paid for your opinion.Virtually everyone has to rely on their income in order to survive. To pay for the mortgage, to pay the bills, enjoy holidays and days out with the family and have some leftover to spend or use as disposable income usually requires a full time job. Most people working for a company do so at an office or place of work, for 40-60 hours a week with a commute there and back. But what if you could do things differently? What if you could make money online and still enjoy the same lifestyle, without having to commute to an office, without having to spend 60 hours a week at your desk, allowing you to spend more time at home with your family? It can be done! Learn more about how you can make money online with the tips below.

·         Sell stuff. Data shows that everyone has at least $1000 worth of goods in their home that they don't use and don't need. Sell that stuff and you get $1000. Easy, right? Well, you can take this idea even further. Instead of just selling things that you don't need, think about things that other people need and sell them instead. Things that you might never think of, like mobile phone cases, earrings and pet clothes are all big sellers on certain auction sites. Set up a seller's profile, buy from a wholesale seller and sell the goods on. It's an easy and very effective way of making money!

·         Flipping domain names. With a little bit of business savvy and a little hard work, you can buy domain names – and flip them – to make money. Poorly maintained sites that use a generic search term or that contain a valuable name can be bought for less than a few thousand dollars and sold on for two, three or even ten times that, depending on the amount of work put into the flip.

·         Customer service. There's a growing demand for remote customer service agents, simply because the costs associated with a freelance customer service agent tend to be far less than the costs associated with staff in-house. If you have a knack for customer service, are handy with a computer and like talking to customers over the phone, a home-based customer service position could be for you.

·         Sell online content. If you're a keen photographer, a writer, web designer or app designer, content creator or even a musician, you can make money by selling that content online. Photographers can sell their images through stock photography sites, while web designers and app designers can design content and apps for other companies and keen writers can self-publish their own ebooks through sites like Kindle. Most of the time, whatever you can do, you can sell.

·         Sell your knowledge. There are thousands and thousands of people across the world who want to be tutored in a wide variety of subjects. Many people are willing to pay good money to learn how to speak English, whilst others want to learn how to play an instrument, how to eat properly as well as how to pass exams in science and maths. If you've ever worked as a tutor, teacher or teaching assistant – or if you just have a lot of knowledge about something, you'll be able to work as an online tutor. You can even teach online classes, too, as well as individuals.

There are a huge number of ways to make money online. Think outside the box and think about the commodities that you have or that you could provide and you'll soon be on your way to making money in the comfort of your own home.
